  • Since i'm recently retired and am still doing 3.5miles in an hour each day, at a 5% incline and eat only fish and lots of veg, should i stand up until i go to bed....? this article needs expansion since most persons who work in offices sit for almost 8 hours daily...worst if you get served coffee …
